The Victoria & Alfred Hotel by Newmark occupies a converted 1904 North Quay warehouse at the PierHead, in the heart of Cape Town's V&A Waterfront. It has around 94 contemporary rooms, including Loft Rooms and mountain- and piazza-facing rooms, many with views over the Alfred Basin, the working harbor, and Table Mountain. The heritage-into-modern conversion sits steps from the Waterfront's shops and restaurants, with the in-house GINJA restaurant at the water's edge.
