Mfuwe Lodge is the Bushcamp Company's flagship lodge in South Luangwa National Park, set beside two lagoons near the park's main gate. It has 18 thatched chalets plus a two-bedroom family unit, along with a pool, spa, and curio shop. It is best known for the elephants that walk through the lobby each November to reach a fruiting wild mango tree in the courtyard, and it is often used for comfort before heading to the operator's remote bush camps.
