Bienvenidos! Guests will be greeted upon arrival at the Lima International Airport with a name sign. Private transportation will be provided to the guests’ hotel located in Barranco, which is known as the bohemian art district. The remainder of the day will be at leisure to relax after their long journey.

Guests will partake in Lima’s top rated food tour operated by the renowned Lima Gourmet Company! The day will include a walking tour of Barranco – Lima’s bohemian art district, organic Peruvian coffee, colorful market visit and fruit tasting, amazing views of Miraflores, exclusive selections of Peru’s best dishes and cocktails, multiple neighborhoods and dessert amid the pre-Incan ruins of Huaca Pucllana.

Guests will have the morning to enjoy the salty air of Lima before transferring to the airport for their flight into the heart of the Andes! Private transportation will be provided to the Lima International Airport and guests will be met by staff upon their arrival into Cusco. The group will have a private guide and transportation escort them to their historical hotel. A welcome toast will also be enjoyed overlooking Cusco city and the remainder of the day will be at leisure. Walk down cobble-stone streets, marvel at the colonial architecture and take in the sights and sounds of this spectacular city – that is what is in store for the first day in Cusco!

The Antigua Casona San Blas is a beautiful boutique property located in the posh San Blas neighborhood of Cusco. Close to shops, restaurants, art galleries and the Plaza de Armas, it is a great location to explore the eclectic city of Cusco. The original casona has been restored to its former prestige with beautiful hand carved wooden balconies, stone patios, and stone archways that invite the past into the present. The casona offers an in-house bar, restaurant, central fireplace and lounges.

Today will be a complete day of exploration in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas! Guests will enjoy a scenic drive to Chinchero, which is world-renowned for its native textiles. Local mamitas will conduct a demonstration of the natural dyeing and weaving process of traditional textiles. The tour will continue to Moray Archeological Site. This site is famed for its impressive concentric circle terraces.
After the visit, guests will be transported to Mountain View, which is located at a gorgeous viewpoint above the Maras Salt Mines. Known for its friendly llamas and panoramic views of the Andes, this is the perfect countryside lunch spot! Guests will indulge in a (3) course gourmet picnic lunch. The final activity of the day will be exploring the Maras Salt Mines. This unique landscape has been in use since pre-Incan times and is still harvested by the local community. The day will conclude with time to enjoy an evening at leisure in Cusco.

This morning the private guide will pick-up the guests at their hotel to embark on an adventure into the Andean countryside! The journey will begin at Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Site, which was an Incan fortress towering above Cusco city and boasts massive megalithic stonemasonry. The drive will continue to Pisaq Archaeological Site. Along the way a stop will be made at a traditional brick oven for guests to sample traditional empanadas. The group will then have time to wander through the colorful streets and famed artisanal market. The drive will continue to Pisaq Archaeological Site where their private guide will conduct a tour about this fascinating site. Guests will learn about the fascinating history of the expansive Incan Empire as they meander through these impressive ruins.
After this experience, guests will then be transported to Hacienda Sarapampa. Here, they will explore a working farm of the endemic giant white corn and dine on a delectable farm to table lunch. The afternoon and evening will be at leisure for guests to enjoy the serene property of Sol y Luna, nestled within the Sacred Valley.

Early this morning guests will be picked up from their hotel via private transportation and be driven to the Ollantaytambo Train Station. They will embark on an approximate 1 hour and 5 minute train ride to KM104, the start of the trail. This shorter version of the Classic Inca Trail Trek allows guests to enjoy the splendor of trekking along the world-famous Inca Trail as well as visit the most beautiful Incan ruins along the way to Machu Picchu – Winay Wayna. Sweeping vistas, perfectly constructed terraces and stunning views of Incan ruins make this an unforgettable trek through the Andes!
After immersing into the cloud forest, guests will arrive to the Inca Citadel through the Sun Gate, which offers the first view of the Lost City of the Incas. Guests will then continue the scenic trek to the entrance of Machu Picchu where they will take a bus the remainder of the way to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Dinner is included and will be enjoyed by guests at their hotel before they retire to their comfortable rooms for the night.
