The Silo Hotel is The Royal Portfolio's landmark hotel at Cape Town's V&A Waterfront, occupying the grain elevator section of the historic grain silo across six floors above the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA). It has 28 rooms and suites, designed by Thomas Heatherwick with signature faceted, pillowed-glass windows that bulge outward from the original concrete structure. The rooftop adds a pool and the Willaston Bar with sweeping harbor and Table Mountain views.
