Shinde Footsteps is Ker & Downey's walking satellite camp on the edge of the western Okavango Delta, within the same Shinde Concession. It is six raised Meru-style tents, luxuriously simple, each with a private veranda, en-suite bucket shower and composting toilet, set around a thatched mess deck overlooking the delta. The focus is walking safaris led by FGASA-qualified guides, with mokoro poling in flood season across islands of ebony and sausage trees.
