Rattray's on MalaMala is the premier camp in the MalaMala Game Reserve, on the banks of the Sand River in the Sabi Sand. It has eight luxury khayas ('homes') in a colonial style, each with a private verandah overlooking the river, an indigenous garden and a heated plunge pool, accommodating up to 16 guests. The reserve is the oldest private game reserve in South Africa and shares a long unfenced boundary with Kruger.
