MalaMala Main Camp sits on the banks of the Sand River in the MalaMala Game Reserve, part of the Sabi Sand — the oldest private game reserve in South Africa and the first to switch from hunting to photographic safaris. Accommodation is nineteen air-conditioned units in a classic safari style: ten 85m² luxury suites, eight luxury rooms and a single room. The reserve shares a long unfenced boundary with Kruger, giving it a reputation for exceptional Big Five game viewing.
