Bumi Hills Safari Lodge

Bumi Hills Safari Lodge sits on a hilltop above the shore of Lake Kariba, the largest manmade lake in Africa, on a private concession beside Matusadona National Park. It's ten air-conditioned rooms in a contemporary African style, each with a deep tub and private balcony over the water, plus a two-bedroom family villa with its own dining deck, vehicle, and butler. Water is the differentiator: alongside game drives and walking safaris, the lodge runs boat safaris, fishing, and sunset cruises, and its infinity pool and dining terraces are among the best sunset spots on the lake. Children of all ages are welcome, though walking safaris are limited to age 16 and up.
