Birkenhead House is The Royal Portfolio's boutique beach hotel in Hermanus, set on the cliffs above Walker Bay. It has 11 individually designed rooms and suites spread across three houses, furnished with antiques and mostly facing the ocean, with a private balcony each. The clifftop setting makes it a prime spot for land-based whale watching in season, alongside beach access and the seaside town of Hermanus.
