Azura Benguerra is a beachfront eco-resort inside the Bazaruto Marine National Park - Mozambique's first luxury eco-resort, built with and co-run by the local community. It's 20 villas, each with ocean views and a private plunge pool. The draw is the water: diving and snorkelling at Two Mile Reef, a climb up the Bazaruto dune, sunset dhow cruises, and marine life from turtles to humpback whales (July-October) and the endangered dugong.
