Basecamp Wilderness is an off-the-grid eco-camp in the remote eastern reaches of the 50,000-acre Mara Naboisho Conservancy, which borders the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Eight simple en-suite safari tents leave no permanent footprint, and the low vehicle density of the conservancy opens up walking safaris, bush dining and Maasai cultural evenings alongside classic game drives. Naboisho is known for its biodiversity and strong predator populations. The camp is community co-owned under the Saruni Basecamp Foundation model.
