Every trip starts with a free consultation to discuss your travel requirements and answer any questions you might have.
We charge a nonrefundable $350 planning fee to design an itinerary. This fee includes as many changes as you need to perfect the itinerary and the booking of all hotels and activities. Trips longer than 10 days, last-minute travel, and groups requiring more than two rooms may have an additional fee that can be quoted based on your trip parameters. We can book single hotels free of charge and pass on travel perks.
Each trip is customized to meet your needs, so prices can vary widely. However, we plan with 4-5 star hotels to ensure you have the best travel experience. A quality safari starts at $500 per person per night and can go up to $3,000 per person per night, depending on the season and location. If you need guides, drivers, etc., we have ground operators in each destination to ensure your trip runs smoothly.
Airfare booking is an additional $150 per ticket charge, though we will suggest flight options for free. Clients often use us to book flights in business class but choose to book economy seats themselves. Private charters and safari air transfers are included in the booking fee.
