Sasaab - Fauna Travel

Sasaab

Spa at Sasaab / Courtesy of The Safari Collection

Sasaab is a stunning Moroccan-inspired luxury safari camp in the Samburu National Reserve in Northern Kenya. Rooms are tented with thatched roofs, private plunge pools, and views of the Ewaso Nyiro River and distant mountains. The design of the camp is open throughout to maintain a cool atmosphere in the dry and rugged north. Guests can enjoy daily game drives to view elephants, lions, and the endangered Grevy’s zebra among other wildlife. End the day at the stylish spa or walk (or ride a camel) to the nearby rocky outcrops, for some of the best sundowners in Africa.

Sasaab also maintains good relationships with the local Samburu community and supports them through employment, roads, schools, and clinics.
