Arrive at the airport. While you wait for Adam’s parents to arrive you could dine at El Bungalow on the beach in Ciudad Jardin. It’s a local spot and is around a 7-minute drive from the airport. Open from 1-4 pm and 7-11 pm.
Pick up your rental car and drive to Ca Na Volantina Villa in Pollensa.
If time and energy allow, visit a market to pick up produce for the week. The Sunday market in nearby Alcudia is nice (approximately 20min drive) and the Pollensa Market is also really good and very large. Just make sure you get to the Pollensa one early to beat the crowds.. Stalls are open from 9-2 pm, and while some vendors take credit, cash is required for most. Spend the afternoon relaxing and settling into your home for the week.

Spend the day at the villa or at the market in Alcudia if you missed it on Sunday. In the evening, head to Palma and enjoy a private art tour at the Miro Foundation at 5 pm (350€ + entrance tickets 10€/each) . There is free parking, and your guide is Juan Waelder (+34693806459). You can meet up inside at the entrance by the ticket office at 4:30 pm (in the shade).
You have dinner reservations at La Bodeguilla at 7 pm and should probably leave the Miro by 6:15 or so to make it in time. Here’s a map to the parking area in Palma from Miro. And from the parking area, it’s about an 8 minute walk to the restaurant. Here’s the map of that.
Take a half-day boat excursion with the family (5 adults and one 2-year-old child) out of the Port of Pollensa. The price for 4 hours (10 am – 2 pm) is 695€ + fuel, which is paid when the day is done. The cost of fuel depends on how fast and how far you want to go but for four hours, it runs between 90-180€. It includes skipper, soft drinks, water, beer, fruit and snorkel.

Relax or explore the area near Alcudia. The beautiful Sa Bassa Museum is worth a stop (10am-6pm Tue-Sun). If you enjoy history, the town of Pollentia, right outside Alcudia, has an open-air museum where you can visit Roman ruins.
Take the public ferry to Formentor and explore the local beach. Departures are at 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m., and returns are at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Price is 17€ per adult and 8.50€ per child.

Take the ferry from Alcudia to Menorca to visit Sarah. Ferry tickets for the 10 am boat are 97€ per person. They have been purchased and sent to your email. Pickup is at 8:30am.
There are some shops in the Port of Pollensa by the plaza, but most businesses are hotels and restaurants. In the town of Pollensa, there are lots of shops in the center around the Plaza Mayor. There is also an Agromart in town with a big wine, fruit, and veggie selection. In the Port of Pollensa, there is a big Eroski supermarket.
